Quickly crisp tortillas into a shell  by pressing a tortilla into a baker, pushing it into the curves and then baking it for 8 to 10 minutes. After a five-minute cool-down period, the now-crisp tortilla can be stuffed with your favorite Mexican ingredients. The 3" X 8. 5" X 8. 5"/ 7. 5 cm x 21. 5 cm x 21. 5 cm bakers can also be used for brioche (there's a good recipe on the box) and other breads, desserts, and molded salads. Because the tortilla bakers have a nonstick coating, they should not be used with metal utensils, and should be washed by hand.
